We form and administer Labuan companies, foundations and trusts for international and Malaysian clients. Everything is handled in-house, from our own office in Labuan.
ITMC is a licensed Labuan trust company run by an in-house team that has held the same practice since 1996. The people who set up your structure are the people who administer it years later, and the people you reach when it matters. We take on a select group of clients, work quietly, and your affairs stay between us.
We do not advertise. Clients arrive through referral, and they stay.

A licensed Labuan trust company forms and administers Labuan entities for domestic and international clients, including companies, partnerships, trusts and foundations. It acts as resident secretary, registered agent or trustee and provides a registered office. It is the regulated party that keeps a Labuan structure compliant with Labuan FSA year after year. ITMC holds a Labuan trust company licence and is itself a Labuan company registered under the Labuan Companies Act 1990. All work is handled in-house from its office in Labuan.
Yes. Under Labuan law a Labuan entity must be incorporated through a licensed Labuan trust company acting as resident secretary. You cannot file directly with the regulator yourself. ITMC acts in that role for the structures it manages.
Check whether the provider holds its own Labuan FSA licence, how long it has operated, and whether the work is handled in-house or outsourced. Continuity matters: a stable team that keeps your structure year after year is worth more than the lowest annual fee. ITMC has run a Labuan trust practice since 1996 under licence LT0030, with very low client turnover and a clean regulatory record.
After incorporation, ITMC maintains the structure on an ongoing basis: annual Labuan FSA and tax filings, accounting and audit coordination, board meeting support, and renewal reminders. You keep a named contact who knows your structure rather than a ticketing queue. Client relationships often run well beyond seven years.
Client affairs are handled in strict confidence. Where appropriate, nominee shareholder arrangements keep the beneficial owner's name off public records, supported by a declaration of trust, and a Labuan trust deed is not publicly registered. Documents and correspondence are managed discreetly by the in-house team.
Yes. ITMC can take over the administration of an existing Labuan company, foundation or trust from another trust company. We review the current standing, handle the change of registered office and resident secretary with Labuan FSA, update the statutory registers, and continue the structure without interrupting its operations.
